Product design and development.
We begin with an exhaustive study of the details and characteristics that each piece must meet to comply with the purpose devised for it.
With the help of specialized CAD/CAM 3D programs, the piece is shaped, taking into account the feasibility of its development in order to move on to the following points (click on points 2, 3 and 4 on the white circles).

Mold development.
The more the technical aspects and design solutions are taken into account in the previous process, the better features will be present in the final piece as well as the injection process.
Our experience has led us to know in depth our injection machines and the double optimization of mold and machine, in this way we can reduce the production cycles and increase the quality of our pieces.

Cavity-filling simulations.
With the help of a computer program to simulate foundry processes and analyze the behavior of thermal flow solidification and metallurgical behavior, we can reliably anticipate the temperature at any moment of the process and find the cool zones, enabling us to make better predictions including filling, solidification and mold design.

Prototypes injection.
At this point, the mold is technically optimized to provide the best possible results: precision and durability of the mold itself, quality and excellent technical properties transferred to the parts in cycles calculated and met rigorously by our specialized staff.
Each start-up of the machine by changing the mold requires the first prototypes to be discarded until the ideal conditions of temperature, density and filling flow are reached, which allow production to begin.
